Skills Audit ---> 2. Report to SETA ---> 3. Obtain funding ---> 4. Implement training!
, We work with the company to determine what is the skills shortage for the company and then identify the correct skills development route.
, Die FIB compiles and reports the skills shortage to the relevant SETA. By doing this step we can apply for funding from the SETA. This will take the burden of funding the training from the company.
, Apply for various funds from the Mandatory and Discretionary SETA grants. This is especially important if the company is a SDL (skills development levy) paying business.
, Final after all these steps we have the skills needed by the company, the funds from the SETA and all that is left to perform the training. Die FIB will allocate the appropriate accredited program that fits the need.
